Persian Motifs
I love the stamp set Persian Motifs from Altenew. Both cards are colored with pencils. I love the look of coloring on textured colored cardstock.

Challenge
On my Yahoo group we take it in turns to issue a challenge. I finally got last week's challenge done before there is a new one tomorrow. I have had company so not so much time to spend stamping! The challenge was to make a spotlight card. I made two just because!

How I made the Believe card.
I was asked for a tutorial for the Believe card. It is pretty easy to make.
What you need:
A card base
Panel the same size as card front.
Stamp
Stamp positioner or MISTI stamp tool
Shape die
Word die
Stamp your chosen image on your card base and again on a panel the same size as your card base. Use a stamp positioner or a MISTI stamp tool to make sure that both images are positioned in the same place. Color both images exactly the same. Use a shape die to cut an aperture in the panel over the stamped image. Cut the panel 1/4" smaller than the card base. (1/8" on each side) Use dimensional tape to attach the panel so that the image on the aperture and the image on the card base line up. Glue a word die cut across the aperture.
That's it!

Pink Poppies
I found a card on Pinterest that I liked very much and CASed it. The stamp is not the same but very similar. it is the other stamp in the set with the one I used for the blue poppies. As with the blue poppies these were colored with pencils.

Blue Poppies
I am back after a very long absence. I have switched from a PC to a MAC and I have a big learning curve with my photo editing program. The one I was using, and was very familiar with, does not have a MAC version. I am getting too old to be learning new things! LOL
The image is from Hero Arts I believe and colored with Prismacolor pencils.
