I used the Nestabilities Labels 4 in 2 sizes to cut and emboss the frame and then inked the inside and outside edges. Using the larger die I cut a label from the striped paper and glued the frame to it. I stamped the image, from Hampton Art Stamps, and then using a smaller die cut it out, inked the edges and colored it using colored pencils and OMS. The image panel and the frame panel are raised with dimensional tape.

Sweet Violets
I bought a new...to me...Nestabilities and some new papers so I combined them to make this card.
